In preschool today, we had a blast painting a pumpkin!

We made and decorated fall leaves out of Crayola Model Magic.  We had to work on the floor because the pumpkins were drying on the tables.  We even had a picnic snack on the floor!  That was fun!

After snack, we went to the band room and sat in the auditorium to listen to the band.  It was magical!

Today many of the Big Buddies went to the Career Convention so we had a lot of free play time.

We colored, counted, and made a balloon fish!

We were very busy!

Hello Again!

Another great preschool day today.  We turned our handprints into acorns. They will come home next preschool day.

For our second lesson, we went to the band room to see where the band students play.  We even had two band members play their trumpets for us! One of them was a Big Buddy from earlier in our day.

Our third lesson was in the gymnasium.  We did the hokey pokey!

What a busy day!

First we learned about our skeleton and made an "x-Ray" picture of our arm.  

Then we practiced writing our name and the Big Buddy names with our favorite colors.

Finally, we painted a pumpkin picture.  We love to paint in preschool!

The Big Buddy Teachers of the Day did a great job!

October 20, 2014

Today in preschool we checked to see what objects float and what objects sink.  The origami boats we made on Friday floated!

Then we wrote out our names and copied the letters onto index cards.  We put the index cards in an envelope to bring home to practice spelling our names.

Our last activity was about making and following a pattern.  We turned our bead pattern into a bracelet.

We will see everyone again on Friday, October 24.  There will be no preschool Wednesday, October 22.

October 17, 2014

Today in preschool we practiced writing letters with paint in a zip lock bag and a cotton swab.   It felt cool and squishy when we touched it.

We then made an origami boat (with a lot of help from the Big Buddies) to use in a lesson on Monday. 

And we decorated a fall tree.

We had  the Assistant Principal and Chief Personnel Officer observe the first lesson of the day.

The Teachers of the Day did an excellent job.  It was a very good day.
