December 19, 2014

Today we went to the auditorium for space to play with the parachute.

We wrote the letters of our name on circles.

Then we made the circles into name snowmen!

We colored and decorated a house for a winter scene.

                                                       Beautiful!

Our final project was a stand-up house made with the bottom of a paper bag.

And as always, we had lots of time to play because that's how we learn the best!

December 15, 2014

We made little bells like the one the Big Buddies and Mrs. Osborn use to tell us it's time to clean
     up.

We used starfall.com on the Smart Board to see how plants grow.

December 12, 2014

        We decorated snowmen.

We used our handprints to make reindeer.

We read the Big Hungry Bear.

December 10, 2014

     We read Fall Leaves Fall.

Then we rubbed some fall leaves with a crayon and tracing paper.

      We danced our wiggles out!

      We decorated gingerbread men.

      They came out really cute!

December 8, 2014

The Teacher of the Day showed us colored cards with the name of the color and we found things in the room that matched the color on the cards.

Our next Teachers of the Day helped us sing the alphabet song with the Smart Board.

Our last Teacher of the Day and our Big Buddies helped to make snowflakes!

December 5, 2014

We worked with the Big Buddies to name the letters in our name and put them
                           in the correct order.

We used the Smart Board to listen to The Very Quiet Cricket by Eric Carle.

We made snowmen with cotton balls and pompoms.  Then we drew snow with
           chalk on the black paper.

We traced our hands to make peacocks!
